Who provides the service

What's included

What each plan includes is listed on SEO website design, as published on the day you pay. Anything else is quoted separately, in writing, before work starts.

Price and payment

• The price is the one published on the day you pay, in two parts: the deposit to book and the balance when you approve the site on the preview link.

• Payment by card through Bold, by bank transfer in US dollars or by PayPal. I cover processor fees.

When work starts, and what the deposit pays for

• Work starts when payment is confirmed, if you checked the immediate-start box, or when you send the questionnaire.

• The deposit pays for Phase 1: search research, site map and home page mockup, delivered on days 1 to 5. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to continue, and you receive Phase 1 as it stands, or complete if it has already been delivered.

Timeline

• 15 business days, counted from the business day after I receive the completed questionnaire, and never before your booked slot date. I'll confirm by email when it arrives. I work on one project at a time.

• If files, answers or access are missing on your side, the deadline moves by those same days and I tell you in writing.

Preview, approval and launch

• I build the site in my account, and you review it on a preview link, with two rounds of revisions.

• Once you approve it and pay the balance, I launch it on your domain.

• If you don't respond to the preview within 30 calendar days, after two reminders, I close the project with Phase 1 delivered. You can reopen it within six months by paying the balance. Silence never triggers a charge.

If I don't deliver

• If I miss the deadline for reasons on my side, you get three additional blog posts with their keyword research and three months of Search Console monitoring with two optimizations, at no cost.

• If I don't deliver Phase 1, or the site doesn't match the agreed scope and I don't fix it within five business days of your notice, I refund what you paid for the undelivered part within 15 calendar days, to the original payment method.

Delivery guarantee

• On launch day, the home page scores 90 or more for mobile performance in PageSpeed Insights (lab test). If it doesn't, I fix it at no cost.

• I fix, at no cost, any functional bugs that appear within 30 days.

What isn't guaranteed

No one can guarantee a position on Google, a number of visits or clients, or that an AI assistant will cite the site. I guarantee the process and the listed deliverables.

Ownership

• Your domain and Google accounts are created in your name from the start.

• Upon full payment, I assign to you the copyright (the economic rights, under Colombian law) to the design, code and copy made for you, and hand you the code and every login without you having to ask. This doesn't include my internal working tools, which aren't part of your site.

• Part of the content is drafted with the help of AI, then reviewed and edited by me. Content produced solely by AI may not be protected by copyright.

• I may show the site in my portfolio unless you ask me in writing not to.

Hosting and maintenance

• You can host the site in a Cloudflare account in your name, or leave hosting with me as part of maintenance.

• Maintenance is optional, month to month, with no lock-in, and you cancel it by email. If you move to another provider, I hand over everything you need within five business days.

Data, bookings, reviews and complaints

• I process your data under the privacy policy. Session bookings are processed by Cal.com, and payments by Bold, Wise or PayPal.

• I don't buy, incentivize or filter reviews, and I don't write reviews for my clients' businesses.

• These terms are governed by Colombian law.
