SEO website design: a fixed-price website, live in 15 business days
I'll design your SEO website for $990: home, contact, up to three service pages, About and three blog posts. It goes live in 15 business days, verified in Google Search Console, and it's yours to keep.
An SEO website is one Google can read, understand and show when someone searches for what you sell. It doesn't replace your social media or your ads: it works alongside them, it's measured from day one, and it doesn't charge you per click.

When the price changes
The price doesn't go up because you ask for changes within the two rounds, or because you rewrite a paragraph. It only changes if your project needs something on this list, and I quote it in writing before we start:

Specialized SEO
- Migrating a site that already ranks without losing it
- Local SEO for several locations
- A bilingual website
- More than three services
Extra features and services
- Online store or payments
- Bookings, client area or logins
- Logo or brand identity
- Professional photography
- Google Ads campaigns
- Review management (responding to reviews and asking for them the right way)
Prices are in US dollars, with no sales tax added. You buy the domain yourself, in your name (a .com is about $10 a year). Cloudflare hosting is free for a site this size. If you want to compare, I break down published prices in how much a small business website costs.
How payment works, and what if you change your mind
You pay in two parts: $495 to book and the rest when you approve the site on the preview link. You can pay by bank transfer in US dollars or by card.
The first payment reserves your spot and pays for Phase 1: the keyword research, the site map and the home page mockup. By paying, you ask me to start right away. So once work has started, the deposit isn't refundable if you decide not to continue, and Phase 1 is still yours.

If I'm the one who doesn't deliver, I refund what you paid for the part I didn't deliver.
Would you rather build it yourself with AI?
Go for it. These days, with Lovable, Base44 or Claude Code, you can put a site together in an afternoon. The hard part is knowing which pages to build and getting Google to read them, and I walk you through it in how to build a website with AI.
Once it's live, check whether Google sees it. If something doesn't add up, the free diagnostic is still there.
Why can a beautiful website be invisible to Google?
Because Google doesn't see it the way you do. Many sites built with website builders or AI hand Google an almost empty page, and the content only shows up later, in the browser. You see a polished website; Google gets an empty shell.
It happened to this very site, and I wrote it up in a site built with AI that Google couldn't read. That's why your website ships with the text already in the HTML Google receives, and I check it by requesting every URL the way Googlebot does. If it's already happening to yours, see why your website isn't showing up on Google.
Speed gets measured too. The two sites I built, cardonaseo.com and regresoempresarial.com, score 92 and 95 for mobile performance in PageSpeed Insights (lab test, median of three runs, Oct 17, 2026).
See examples of websites I designed, with their results.
How well do you measure the clients your social media brings you?
Keep this in mind: a strategy you don't measure is a strategy you can't improve.
In Google Analytics 4:
use a UTM-tagged address for your bio link and your stories (for example,
utm_source=instagram). GA4 then tells you how many visits and leads Instagram brings you. Google explains it in its help article on campaign URLs, and I walk you through it in the Google Analytics 4 guide. In Search Console:
check whether searches for your name or brand are growing. Search Console doesn't see Instagram, but it does show which searches people use to find you on Google (I explain it in the Search Console guide). If your social media works, more people search for you by name.
Your website ships with both tools running and in your name, so from day one you know which channel brings you clients. The details, with example links, are in do you need a website if you already sell on Instagram.
How I design your website, day by day
The 15 business days start counting on the business day after I receive your completed questionnaire, and never before your slot date. I'll confirm by email when it arrives. If a file or a login is missing on your side, the deadline moves by those same days, and I tell you in writing.
Your design references count. If one clashes with speed, speed wins, and I explain why.
Days 1 to 5: Phase 1
I pick the keyword each page targets, with its search volume (here's how I did it on a real case), map out the site and show you the home page as a clickable mockup. Phase 1 is yours, even if you stop there.
Days 6 to 11: build
I write the six pages and three posts and build them with AI on a preview link.
Days 12 to 15: review and launch
Two rounds of revisions. Once you approve and pay the balance, I launch it on your domain, verify Search Console, submit the sitemap and request indexing.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain and Google accounts (Search Console, Analytics and your Business Profile) are created with your email from day one, and I'm never listed as the owner.
I build the site in my account, and you review it on a preview link. Once you approve and pay the balance, I launch it on your domain and hand you the code and every login, whether you ask for them or not.
You can host it in a Cloudflare account in your name, for free, or leave hosting with me as part of maintenance. If you ever move to another provider, you take everything with you within five business days.
Book your spot
Next available start date: set by email. Book with a $495 deposit, and I'll send you the questionnaire the same day.

Not sure yet? Book a 20-minute call: tell me about your business, and I'll tell you, no strings attached, whether this website is a good fit or what would work better.
Frequently asked questions
Because it's a channel that doesn't depend on this month's algorithm, and you can measure it. Your social media gets attention; your website answers the people already looking for you and gives them a place to trust you before they reach out. I'll guide you based on what you offer and what your market searches for, so your site answers those searches.
No, and be wary of anyone who does: Google says no one can promise it. What you get is a website Google can read, a data-backed keyword for every page, and a strategy built around what your future clients are looking for.
Because I build with AI, which saves me hours. I don't save time on keyword research or checks: I do those the same way I do in an audit.
It can, just like one built by hand. Google doesn't care how it was made, only what it receives: real text in the HTML, one clear keyword per page, and speed. I explain it in the guide to SEO for sites built with AI.
If you want a redesign, I'll propose it as a redesign built on SEO architecture: a written proposal, quoted separately, that protects what already ranks. If you just want to know whether it works, start with the free diagnostic or ask for a technical SEO audit.
Yes: references, colors or a mockup, with the questionnaire. If something makes the page slow, I'll suggest another option.
Cloudflare hosting is free for a site this size and a domain is about $10 a year. Maintenance is optional: $35 a month, no lock-in.
Yes. Book a 20-minute video call. It's not a sales call: if your case needs something else, I'll tell you.
Yes. I work remotely from Bogotá, in English and Spanish, for any country.
